仕事が忙しくなり、自己流で筋トレは行っていましたが体重は増えていく一方。ストレスもあり、自分を変えたかった。

仕事の都合と体調に合わせたメニューは確実に効果を感じました。趣味であったマラソンを再開し、現在はフルマラソン完走を目指しています！！
