始めたきっかけは？

高校時代より100kg超えていた体ですが、仕事で現場を仕切るため、健康であるためにチャレンジしました。

終了時のコメント

ハードなトレーニングをマンツーマンでしっかり追い込まれます（笑）楽ではないですが、体が変わり自信につながり、メンタル的にも前向きになれました。
