以前はスポーツクラブへ通っていましたが、昔からの悩みを自分だけでは克服できませんでした。

マンツーマンのトレーニングで身体が変わり、自信になりました。元々の食事から、新しい食習慣をつけていったのでやりやすかったです。体力もつき、健康的になれました。
