不規則な勤務になかなか慣れず、太ってしまった。痩せたいと思っていたところに、友達から紹介されました。

タイミングを重要にした食事方法は、好きな物も美味しく食べれるので、続けていきやすいです！夜勤でも寝る前に空腹感を出せば痩せることが分かりました。
