私はスポーツクラブや介護施設などで運動指導をしてきました。一人ひとりに合わせてアドバイスしたい！と思い、ルッチボディに来ました。

御指名料がかかってしまいますが、トレーナーを選ぶこともできます。

よくある質問

お試し体験ではどんな事を行いますか？

お試し体験では、まずカウンセリングを行います。現在の体型や過去の病気やケガ、悩みなどを把握させて頂き、そこから理想の自分へのプランを打ち出していきます。その後に自宅でも出来るエクササイズをいくつか実践します。

お試し体験の際に必要な物はありますか？

動きやすい服装・タオル・飲み物をお持ち下さい。お持ちの場合は、室内シューズも一緒にお持ちください。

リバウンドが心配です…。

特に短期ダイエットの場合には、リバウンドのリスクが高くなります。リバウンドを防ぐために、食事習慣・生活習慣も改善します。コース終了時には、食事と運動の基礎知識が身に付いています。2ヶ月間で一生使える「体型維持」を手に入れましょう。

LINEによる食事共有・管理とは？

食べたものを写真で撮り、LINEで送っていただきます。食事内容に対して、バランス(たんぱく質・脂質・糖質)をチェックして、食べるべき食材の量とタイミングをアドバイスさせていただきます。
我慢できず、間食してしまってもOKです。それもしっかりと写真を撮って、自分が食べた物を記録していきましょう。

他のジムと比べてみたいです

最近はパーソナルジムが、かなり増えました。自分に合うジムを探すということも大切かもしれません。ルッチボディは、お試し体験が有料(3,500円)ですが、無理な勧誘はいたしません。他のジムと比べて、納得した上でご利用いただければと思います。また、最近は、24hのジムと併用で通われる方も増えています。
