始めたきっかけは？

体重が痩せてた頃より10kg位増えた事に加えて、制服の白いズボンがパンパンの姿をみてヤバイ！と思いルッチでお世話になろうと決意しました。

成功の秘訣は？

何度も気持ちが挫けそうになりましたが、杉山さんがその都度、メンタルや食事面、トレーニングでもサポートして下さり、頑張ろうと立て直す事ができました！また、辛いと思うのでなく楽しみながら食事やトレーニングをする事が継続や成功できる秘訣ではないかと実感しています。

終了時のコメント

目標にしていたズボンも履けるようになり、下半身もスッキリしたような感じです。痩せたことにより「やればできるんだ！」と自信がつくようになりました。
