始めたきっかけは？

以前の様に食事に気をつけていても体型が戻らなくなってしまい、運動しかない！だけど一人じゃ難しそうと思い、始めさせてもらいました。

終了時のコメント

食事がもっと大変かと思いましたが、この食事方法なら全然苦しくなくて、続けていけると思います。職場の制服もサイズダウン！これがキツイと感じたら、気を引き締めるサインにしています。
