始めたきっかけは？

妊娠中に食べ過ぎてしまった。産後はすぐに体型を戻して、よりきれいなスタイルにしたい。

授乳中だったので栄養バランスのとれた食事と、食事のタイミングを気をつけました。筋トレは大好きなので、ハードなトレーニングも楽しくできました。
