社会人になり、外食も増えたりで太ってしまった。成人式までに元の体型へ戻したいし、体も鍛えたかった。

食事が一番大切だと思いました。特に、ポイントは夕食だと思います！友達と遊びに行くときは、前もって調整しておく事もできるようになりました。
