レッスンで行った内容はオンライン動画サービス「LBフィットネス」で配信しています。ご自宅でも動画を参考にしてヨガの復習が行えます。ヨガを習慣にしたくても、初めて行ったポーズやフローなどは覚えにくいものですので、ぜひ見てみて下さい。各ヨガ会場のLINE@に登録されますと、レッスン後に動画が届くようになります。
